Our company was founded in 1977 by
Nick Lang and we enjoy a reputation
as an industry leading firm involved
in search and recruitment solely to
the metals industry. We source and
recruit exceptional candidates
across North America for mills,
service centers, processors, and
fabricators of ferrous and
non-ferrous materials. Our clients
look to us to provide individuals
for all job functions within the
industry. These include inside
sales, field sales, marketing,
operations, plant management, and
sales management positions among
others.
